About the trail
This walk follows blue arrows to circumvent Cong Abbey, crossing the Cong River and into Cong Woods. It is a very enjoyable walk; circling through the woods on woodland tracks and passing some points of interest such as the Priest's House, Guinness Tower and Teach Aille Cave.
