About the trail

This walk takes you on bog-bridge around tranquil Lough Caum, 210 metres above sea level and well stocked with rainbow trout. Views are of Stradbally Mountain and Beenoskee and of Reamore Hill. Loose boulders around the lake and up the hillsides add to the ruggedness of the landscape.
